1. image box (hereinafter referred to as "image box") takes the user's personal information very seriously and
handles it with special care.
It is not used other than for the following purposes:
- Required to use each function of Edit ("Edit").
2. Users of the rights and obligations of information subject and the method of exercising it can exercise the following
rights as a subject of personal information.
* The information subject may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time with
respect to image box.
1) Request for access to personal information
2) Request for correction if there is an error, etc.
3) Request for deletion
4) Request to stop processing
' image box does not collect and retain usage information of app users.
3. Create items of personal information to be processed
* imgage box is handling the following personal information items.

- Permission required for Edit Bluetooth connection.
Manifest.permission_group.STORAGE
- Used to create Edit's Photo Sticker.
We do not collect and process any materials other than the creation of print content within the app.
4. Destruction of personal information
In principle, image box destroys personal information without delay if the purpose of processing personal information
is achieved. The procedures, deadlines and methods of destruction are as follows.
- The personal information used only depends on whether the phone has a SIM chip.
- We do not collect or process data for any purpose other than checking whether or not a SIM card is available.
- The above permission is no longer used when deleting the app.
5. Measures to secure the stability of personal information
In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, image box is taking the following
technical/administrative and physical measures necessary to secure stability.
* Establishment and implementation of internal management plan
- We have established and implemented an internal management plan for safe handling of personal information
* Restriction on access to personal information
- We take necessary measures to control access to personal information by granting, changing, and canceling access
rights to the database system that processes personal information, and use an intrusion prevention system to control
unauthorized access from outside.
* Access control for unauthorized persons
- We establish and operate access control procedures.
6. Preparation of the person in charge of personal information protection
* image box is responsible for overall handling of personal information, and designates a person in charge of
personal information protection as follows for complaint handling and damage relief of information subjects related to
personal information processing.

service of image box.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy
* This personal information processing policy is effective from the effective date, and if there are additions,
deletions or corrections of changes according to laws and policies, it will be notified through notice 7 days prior to
the implementation of the changes.
This Privacy Policy is effective from 1 August 2021.
8. iTalk Data Retention Policy
1) Data creation and access
- Photo images and voice data created by using the Vlay function are automatically stored on the server.
- Voice recording function saves the recorded data for 10 seconds. However, the melting time may be changed by a
separate service or other agreement.
- The created photo and voice data can only be accessed through the image box app.
2) Data retention period
- Data generated by using the Vlay function is guaranteed to be stored on the server for 90 days from the date of
creation.
- However, the warranty period for storage on the Vlay server may be extended by a separate service or other agreement.
- When the service is terminated, the data is stored for up to 30 days after the termination notice.
3) Data Security Policy
- If the data generated by the Vlay function is judged to be in violation of the service operation policy, data access
can be blocked and deleted.
- If the data generated by the Vlay function is illegal data, all responsibility lies with the creator.
- The generated photo and voice data can only be accessed by the image box app, and illegal access and manipulation
may result in legal punishment.
4) iTalk operation policy
- In relation to Vlay operation, if it is deemed necessary for operation, the operation policy may be changed.
- Changes to the operating policy will be notified for a certain period of time and will be applied after the notice.
